Only guests named on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.

🏛️ City of Newport Beach Rental Agreement Requirements
🔞 Signer of the rental agreement must be 25+ years of age
🪪 Signer must be present at check-in with valid ID
🏡 Signer must occupy the property for the entire stay
🚫 Renting for underage occupants without a qualified renter present for the duration of the stay is prohibited

📄 A signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required to complete your reservation. Please contact us if you would like to review the agreement in advance.

Service animals must:

✔ Not be left alone at the rental at any time
✔ Be properly leashed or tethered in public spaces
✔ Remain out of unauthorized areas
