This property is quintessential Balboa Island at its finest. I loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat. The host was lovely and responsive, and the interior decor magical to me. Most comfortable bed I may have ever slept in as well. ;)) Enjoy your stay and if you love coffee and nice people, pop down to Jasper Coffee for a cuppa.

Perfect location to explore Newport Beach and to simply enjoy the neighborhood. On street parking always available. Cozy and quiet!!!! A short stroll to the shops and restaurants. Ideal location!

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here, we walked around the island every morning and enjoyed coffee and delicious food at Toastique. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was as pretty good. I only needed a one bedroom and not many options on the island. It was a little dated and somethings not great but manageable for a few days. Overall I was satisfied for a few days in the island.

We loved this little cottage in the heart of Balboa Island. Super great hosts and comfortable upstairs apartment. Could not have been in a better location for walking to Marine Ave where all the shops and restaurants are, along with wonderful walks around the island every day. We will definitely stay here again when needing accommodations in this part of Orange County! :)
