Ubicado entre los muelles de Newport y Balboa, este edificio de mediados del siglo 4 en West Balboa Blvd es perfecto para caminatas cortas en el muelle y en muchos restaurantes de lujo, así como en el ferry de Balboa y el aviador Catalina. Este estudio tiene una cocina completa. Hay una cómoda cama de matrimonio tamaño queen con capacidad de almacenamiento debajo y amplio espacio de guardarropas y cajones. Las mesas laterales son mesas portátiles para proporcionar un espacio de trabajo. Studio apt was very well equipped!! Although we didn't use the kitchen much during our short stay, I was impressed with how well it is equipped!!! Instructions on the use of the apt were very clear & appreciated. The only suggestion is to put the outside address # in a place that can be seen from the street. When the patio umbrella is up, the address # is not visible from the street.

Great place for our weekend get away. Enjoyed the ease of parking which can be hard in a coastal town, great price and location nestled between the ocean and bay. Walkable to all the sites, restaurants and stores. Would stay again, as we plan on doing this trip yearly now.

First time here, won't be our last. Location was perfect. Front patio was delightful, with shade and garden-like atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked.

Pros: communication/instructions. Flexible and accommodating owners. Extra TP and basic ammenities. Great water pressure in shower. Cons: tiny place. Had to Uber to most places for dinner etc.

Perfect location, very clean and cozy. It is nestled right between Bay Street, which is a very high-end residential area (i.e. mansions galore) and the beach, which has a miles-long pathway and perfectly sandy beach that was not crowded when we were there in May. We felt very safe at this location and enjoyed sitting outside on the shared patio. The bed is super comfortable and we slept great. The couch is decent, I do wish the sitting area had been a little more comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. It was nice to have the kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. We walked everywhere - it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Newport Beach and about 20 minutes to the other end near the Balboa Peir. If you have time, we recommend the sunset cruise in the bay and Fly N Fish Oyster Bar in Newport Beach. It's a touristy area, so a little challenging to find the "gems". Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is very clean, and literally has everything you could need. It was such a sweet and comfortable place to stay. The location is amazing as well. I really enjoyed my time in Newport and would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two weeks in March. It is conveniently located in the middle of the peninsula, about half way between the piers and halfway between the ocean and the bay. We had a wonderful time.

Very cute studio. Very clean, exactly like the pictures. Perfect for the two of us. Roughly a mile in either direction to food, shops. Only a block from the beach!

Location was amazing and the place is super clean and comfortable. Walking distance yo everything. We left behind a personal item and realized on the way to the airport. I sent and email and the host responded right away and mailed it too us. Very impressed with everything We will be back

My sis-in-law and I stayed for 3 nights and had zero issues with the property. Very well appointed and stocked studio. Location is fabulous!! Messaged host about nearby restaurants and she responded right away. There is a binder though with a list of restaurants, how to access tv and such. Had neighbors on both sides and had no issues with noise. Recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Street parking, but never had a problem finding a spot not too far from the studio. Just a short walk across the street to a less crowded part of the beach, but not too far of a walk to the shops and restaurants. Great outside seating area, perfect to hang out and relax. Directions for everything were well written and easily understood. Overall—a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and quiet. Just cross the street and it is a beautiful walk along the boardwalk to Newport. Second time staying! We will be back!

We have stayed at this address before....not this studio though. We have now stayed at unit A, B, and C. They have all been clean and comfortable. We had a hiccup with the water heater in this unit. The owners were quick to respond and act on the situation, priceless!! We will definitely stay again, maybe we will try unit D next time! Thank you owners!
