  • LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Beautiful oceanfront home on the sand and the boardwalk in Newport Beach. This place has it all!

    Beautiful sunsets and panoramic views await you. Just steps from Newport Pier, fabulous restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Balboa Fun Zone and Lido Island.

    Enjoy breakfast, brunch or family barbeque on the veranda with gorgeous views of Catalina Island. Wake up to crashing waves while dolphins swim by.

    Beautifully remodeled! This upstairs unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a full over full bunkbed. There are 2.5 bathrooms in this home. The master has a bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower and the third bathroom is a combination half bath and laundry room.

Check in was super easy, received an email from Nicole with all the information needed to check in. Kitchen was equipped well enough for what we needed however we dined out all but one evening.

Beautiful property in a great location! Close to everything!

Property was beautiful- looks just like pictures. Next to Newport Pier and many restaurants and the view to the beach was amazing! Property owner answered questions quickly. Great time all around!

Great family getaway!

We had a great time at this house we rented the up and down because we had a family wedding at Laguna Beach. The house was perfect right on the beach close to restaurants coffee and a great place to walk or rent bikes. Everything was very clean -beds very comfortable and overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

Just a few blocks away from the action and noise right on 19th. Great spot. Unit has a great view of the beach. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

The house was perfect! My family came to visit from out of state and I wanted them to have a great beach house. Perfect location, walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants. The house was very nice and updated, and overall very comfortable for everyone. I’d highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

We stayed at this beautiful property both upstairs and downstairs. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend! Walk across the broadwalk and you are on the beach!

Perfect Beach Home

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. True to pictures, very clean. The view is unbelievable and so convienent how close it is to everything, the Pier, shops, restaurants, the best handmade ice cream we had down the boardwalk. We all agreed this will be our go to beach vacation home. No need to try another place when this one had it all, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. It was great.

Best views around

Fantastic place! Magnificent 180 degree view of the beach. Garage parking was tight with a minivan rental, but having a parking spot was very nice in this busy area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Perfection in Newport!

This condo is amazing, the photos do not do it justice! The beds were super comfy, the location was perfection! The garage parking was a smidge larger than most, washer & dryer, 3 bathrooms and the most amazing views! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and was super clean!!! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!!

Great Location

We came in just for the weekend and it was wonderful. The unit is just steps away from the Newport Pier. Parking is tough if you need to park on the street but they do have a garage available.
