The house was fine, but there were 2 significant problems:1. No hot water for one day2. More importantly, it rained and there were leaks in 2 bedrooms getting the beds wet. While they did come out right away and look at it, they didn’t really do anything. One guest had to leave because there was no bed to sleep in. While the management company did reply quickly, there was no follow up to see how we were doing. We think they fixed the hot water problem, but there was never a message letting us know. It just started working. Overall a bad experience. We feel we deserve some compensation for the wet beds.
