Hermoso condominio remodelado - Pasos a la playa ~ Unidad superior ~ Aire central !!!

-3 habitaciones, 2 baños, unidad superior, ¡solo una casa del océano! Pequeño balcón al aire libre con barbacoa para asar al aire libre mientras disfruta del hermoso clima de verano en la playa.
Vista al mar de peek-a-boo desde el dormitorio principal y vista a la bahía de peek-a-boo desde el balcón al aire libre en el frente de la casa. Esta casa no está frente a la playa. Solo hay una casa frente a la nuestra antes del paseo marítimo y la playa, lo que ofrece a nuestra unidad un poco más de privacidad al estar justo en el paseo marítimo.
Hay un parque ubicado junto al paseo marítimo para que los niños disfruten.
La ubicación permite caminar de inmediato a la playa, senderos para bicicletas, varios restaurantes y bares, el muelle Balboa, el ferry a la isla Balboa, el Flyer Catalina y las compras en el área de Balboa Village. ¡Realmente no podrías pedir una ubicación más céntrica!

Tenemos WIFI de alta velocidad! Cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana, televisión por cable, cocina y electrodomésticos renovados, una chimenea y una nueva decoración fresca. La casa cuenta con un agradable plano de planta abierto que abarca la cocina, la terraza y el comedor. Perfecto para el entretenimiento! La cocina cuenta con hermosas encimeras, un nuevo microondas, una nueva nevera, un nuevo lavavajillas y todo lo que necesita para cocinar "en casa". .

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, ventilador de techo, armario y baño adyacente. El segundo tiene una cama de tamaño completo con una cama nido doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen.

Lavadora y secadora en el garaje para cada unidad.

Sillas de playa, sombrillas y toallas de playa disponibles para uso de los huéspedes.

¿Estacionamiento?...¡¡No hay problema!! Hay un garaje compartido, por lo que cada unidad tiene un lugar de estacionamiento en el garaje. Autos extra? Tenga en cuenta que la playa está muy concurrida, pero si hay un lugar abierto, hay estacionamiento gratuito frente a la casa (sin metros). También hay dos estacionamientos en la playa detrás de la casa en los que puede estacionar por una tarifa.

Everything as advertised. Wonderful location - close to beach. Very clean. Amenities worked perfectly - including rooftop hot tub (!!). Great hosts - very communicative. Plenty of beach equipment. Kitchen fully stocked. 5 real bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Great rental - would definitely return.

Family vacation

Our family is myself 3 adult children and spouses and 3 grandchildren. This home fit us perfectly. Location is close to beach and activities. It was everything that we needed. Would stay here again!

A wonderful stay!

The home was just as pictured. Great location walkable to beach, we loved the rooftop deck, and it fit our family of 9 (including an infant and 3 toddlers) well. We were there for a Disneyland trip and it was a quick 20-25 minute drive there each day. We were even able to squeeze our 10 person passenger van into the garage no problem. Loved it!

Perfect Location

What a beautiful place to stay for a beach adventure! Close to the shops, the beach, balboa pier and endless fun. The roof top patio is the gem of this location. We spend countless hours just enjoying the beauty of being able to see the Pacific Ocean on one side and the balboa harbor on the other. The owner was excellent and the place was spotless when we arrived. We were very happy!

Things to note about this listing

Here are some items not mentioned clearly in the listing some might find helpful. 1. This is a condo and is the upstairs unit. This unit may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or families with small children. The stairs are cement with an open railing design. 2. There is very little view of the beach from the rooftop, you can see somewhat through the buildings in front and behind you. What you can see is everyone else's rooftop and alley. The location is walking distance to the beach and close to the pier. 3. This house is on a main street, sitting on the balcony gives you no view except for the road itself which can get busy during the day. 4. You have to share the 2-car garage with the downstairs unit and because of sharing you cannot fit a truck or SUV. The parking on the street is minimal so this was a real pain. There was trench digging out front, so it was particularly hard for us to find parking. You cannot park in the alley as you will be blocking your neighbors.

Amazing place and location

Huge upper unit with a roof deck with hot tub and grill. Kids loved the location across from the beach. Very clean and a garage spot to park the car. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect location

We came back to Orange County for a wedding and instead of getting multiple hotel rooms we decided to get this perfect condo for our extended family. 8 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room and beds for us all. Being walking distance to Balboa pier and family fun zone was exactly what we were looking for. The rooftop patio with hot tub and views off the ocean was what set this place above anywhere else. We will definitely look for it’s availability next time we’re in town.

Great stay

The location of this place is perfect. Many restaurants and bars nearby. It was relaxing to sit in the hot tub and listen to the waves. The bikes came in handy and the rental is stocked with everything you'll need. Would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach, playing on the nearby soccer field, riding bikes and walking on Balboa Island. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and modern. We would return to the Balboa Peninsula in a heartbeat. Great stay!

Great Family Friendly Vacay Spot

Great property for a family friendly vacation. Beautiful remodeled interior and exterior. It has everything you need. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water activities. If you have more than one vehicle in your group, you will struggle to find parking for 2nd vehicle but spots on the street do open up frequently or beach parking is free from 6pm-8am. To park on the street you just have to watch and wait and swoop in quickly. AC isn’t quite big enough to keep the living areas cool in the heat of the day. But fans are provided and you can open doors and windows or just go to the beach!

Great place in great location

The apartment was perfect for our family. It has everything you need and more. Walking to the beach, fun zone, and restaurants. Garage was awesome to have as street parking can be tough . Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was great. The home is nice and the location perfect. I had a couple of questions for Michelle and she responded almost instantly. The bikes and beach gear in the garage to use were very convenient since we had kids and didn't have to buy anything. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Loved our stay here. The location was excellent - easy 2 minute walk to the beach. The property is very well maintained, clean, spacious and quiet. We loved having room to spread out and enjoy our own space. Having a garage was very convenient as parking in the area is tricky. We were able to walk to many things, including the fun zone, restaurants, etc. The owner cares a lot about her guests' comfort. When I notified her of a broken coffee maker, she had a replacement delivered within two hours along with coffee! Loved it so much we plan to return next summer. In sum, highly recommend!

GREAT place to stay

We just spent 5 nights in this condo and everything was perfect! Clean, spacious, nicely decorated and plenty to do within walking distance. As you walk on the boardwalk and see how busy it is, you may appreciate (like we did) that this one is one block away. Just a fraction of the people walking by as you enjoy the patio. The owner sent an email after we arrived to make sure everything was as we expected. It was! We would, and probably will, return to this rental again some day.

Excellent location, Beautiful house, Beautiful beach

I would rent here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful location! Lovely home right on the peninsula, so close to a beautifully clean beach, the pier and the harbour. The house was lovely, spotless and well equipped and had everything you would need even for a family of 7. The owners were easily reachable and were in touch to welcome you and also at the end to make sure everything went well with your stay. Looking forward to returning again soon
