Great place to stay with family in New Port beach. Everything was great at this property, walking distance to everything. we stayed 2 weeks and will definitely be back again!

Wonderful vacation home!

We stayed at this wonderful vacation home over the Christmas holidays. Great place for our family to gather. Great location, close to the beach and a nice walk to Balboa Island. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to go back.

Clean . Great location- steps to the beach. Well maintained with top of the line appliances. Wish there was a propane tank available to use the fire pit. I would go back for sure!

Fantastic accommodations!

Thank you! The house was perfect for our stay this weekend. The beds were comfortable, the music throughout the house created a great vibe for our family & the kitchen was extremely clean. I would absolutely stay at this house again.

Lovely spot!

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay while visiting Newport Beach. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds and furniture. I would definitely stay there again. It has been beautifully updated and has wonderful bathrooms. The staff was helpful and easy to deal with. A gem!

Nice interior layout for 3 couples or a family. Functional. Can walk to quite a few attractions and restaurants within 15/20minutes

The home is beautiful and spacious with a huge garage which is so hard to find. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

I reserved this amazing casa 6 months ahead, and I would recommend doing that, because it is a phenomenal find! The views from the windows look out over serene rolling hills of bright green vineyards that look like a picture postcard for Tuscany with San Gimignano clearly in the distance. The grounds include a huge, very clean pool (overlooking the same gorgeous view), an outside dining area with an arbor, table & chairs, and a porch with table/chairs.The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of room to hang clothes and put things into drawers. The bathroom/shower are both very nice. We stayed there for two weeks and wanted to stay longer. The Host, Concetta lives adjacent to the casa, and that makes her very available for touring recommendations and encouragement about which medieval towns to visit and when the markets are scheduled.It is imperative to have a car, as the casa is somewhat isolated, yet easy to reach from the highway. We loved the small road that in 5 minutes brought us to this view and lovely home from the highway. It is also imperative to have GPS to navigate the roads and find the various towns.I would recommend keeping the windows closed especially at night, as mosquitos visited us if we kept everything open. Concetta had a type of diffuser to plug in the wall of the casa which helped a lot. Just ask her for it if you are interested. She was a lovely Host.jDon't miss out on this Tuscany gem!

Very comfortable house for our family vacation! I suggest more bath towels and beach towels! Also , you need a salad bowl! All good and appreciate the hospitality!

Great house!

Beautiful house—exactly as pictured. Layout was great for us and our teenage kids. Nice having smart TVs, a few sitting areas, a large garage, an elevator, outside patio, and central air conditioning. Great for relaxing and lounging. Management was super responsive when we noticed that the tech tower/wifi was not working. They sent someone over in 15-30 min. Location was really convenient for the beach and many restaurants were a short drive away. We used as home base for a trip to Disney (30 min away) and to visit Claremont colleges. Great house overall—would rent it again!

Perfect beach get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house for the first week of June and it was great. The house has so many nice upgrades, it was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us. Close enough for our teenagers to walk to the beach, ride bikes and visit lots of fun places on the peninsula. We walked to dinner each night. Having a garage was great so there was no worry about parking, We would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

Loved how close this property was to the beach {one block!} and that it was far enough down the peninsula that it was away from partying. It was spacious, clean, and modern! Had tones of dishes and pans in the kitchen, 2 Dyson vacuums {a mom must have!!}, and everyone had their own space + bathroom. Would definitely rent again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the house is brand new and looks like a model home, Luxury bathrooms and a elevator!!!! Top of the line appliances and fixtures. Great location to walk to the big beach or if you have small kids like we do, you can walk 60 seconds to a big beautiful marina beach. The best part is the huge over sized garage. we didn't have to search for parking or park our suburban on the street. I would recommend this property over many other much more expensive properties we have stayed!
