Esta unidad excepcionalmente limpia ha sido renovada recientemente con pisos nuevos, alfombras, cocina totalmente equipada con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos. Tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños (ducha y bañera), High Energy, lavadora y secadora extra grandes, espacio para 2 autos en el garaje, Internet de alta velocidad, televisores de pantalla plana, sistema estéreo, vista al mar desde el balcón. etc. Está disponible del 1 de junio al 9 de septiembre y se alquila semanalmente de sábado a sábado durante estos meses. Esta unidad se alquila con un contrato de arrendamiento de 9 meses desde mediados de septiembre hasta el 31 de mayo.

All you need to being is your clothes, it has everything you need, bikes, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games and you are just steps from the sand. Perfect location to the beach, Newport Pier, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place

Perfect beach getaway

This upstairs unit is half a block from the beach, a quarter mile from great restaurants and half mile to the grocery store. It was immaculately clean, and likely the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, plenty of beach towels and equipment, bikes to use, games, w/d with all needed supplies. Joe was exceptionally helpful, responsive and offered lots of ideas for eating and entertainment. This stretch of beach is perfect for boogie boarding, lounging or playing in the sand, and there is 2 miles of paved boardwalk to walk or exercise.

Excellent Location Steps from the Beach

This property was perfect for our family - plenty of space and an easy walk to the beach and everything Newport has to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Having dedicated parking in a garage was great. And the host was incredibly responsive.

Fabulous beach house

This beach house has everything you need and more ! Steps to the beach while able to get off the peninsula in a convenient manor was key to our selection as was the garage because parking can be a pain. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys , bikes are all available for your use. Easy check in & friendly communication . Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home . We will be back

Perfect Getaway!

This was our second stay & it did not disappoint. Trying to impress 3 teens is no easy task, but all 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay & are already asking when we can come back. This place truly has it all. The location is fantastic & is central to just about anything you would want to do while down at the beach. The accommodations were just as great. The unit is spacious, super clean, updated, and very well maintained. Getting to park in a garage space is always an added bonus, so that was appreciated & having access to a washer & dryer was a nice treat. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (more than most VRBOs), and there were plenty of games to pass the time and beach gear/equipment stocked in the garage. The kids took full advantage of the bicycles in the garage & enjoyed daily bike rides. With all of the different amenities this place has to offer, it’s very easy to just pack a bag & go. Lastly, communication was easy & the hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Spring Break Perfection!

We can’t say enough about our experience at this beach house. It was perfect! Beautiful view of the beach/ocean while relaxing on the balcony. Steps away from your toes in the sand. We could go play at the beach then walk back to the house for lunch, then back to the beach. Location couldn’t be better! My family all said this was their family beach house of all the ones we have stayed at over the years and I agree! Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and that owners supplied the soap and dryer sheets! So nice! And the beach toys and gear…so generous to provide use of all these items. Saved us a loy of extra packing when we planned this trip. Thank you thank you! We will be back! 😊

Wonderful getaway.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The space is large and everyone felt like they had their own space. We were so close to the beach you could hear the waves and smell the salt air. The location is great. We will be back for sure.

Walk down Memory lane!

We lived in CA 1980 through 2001. Grew up taking the bus to the Pier and staying all day at the beach. Loved the local flavor of the food. Loved the place we stayed. Overall great time.
