The neighborhood and location are perfect. The layout was nice, enjoyed the patio and master suite. The property manager was very helpful. The place is a little run down for the . Sheets are dingy, walls and baseboards are marked up, sofas are stained and gross.

Great Patio- Walkable to Beach in CdM

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks for the first half of July. Great location, beautiful spaces and modern decor, clean, comfortable and stylish. Patio area is spacious and private. Would definitely return! Walkable to Little Corona and Big Corona beaches and many restaurants in Corona Del Mar. Easy drive to Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach.

Beautiful Home at the Beach

This home has it all! It is beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need. The communication and check in process was a breeze, allowing us to settle right in for our vacation. The location can’t be beat, and it was in a quaint, quiet neighborhood! We will be back:)

Great location and townhouse

We had a great experience. Check in and communication was easy, the property was clean and just as advertised online, nice 3 bedroom townhouse in CDM. It is a really nice neighborhood and walking distance to the shops and beach. We would come back.

Beach community get-away

We were looking for a short vacation in a beach community for ourselves, our adult children and our young grandchildren. This property met all of our needs. The location is great with restaurants, coffee shops and cafes a couple of blocks away, and an enjoyable walk to a beautiful beach area. Everything was very clean and as described. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with the manager was very timely and positive.

Beautiful Home!

We got there late in the evening and we couldn't find the keypad. We called the manager of the property and was quickly helped. The home was just beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. It was a perfect location and the beach and food was within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the home and location and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home

Great house, very clean. Plenty of towels. Lot's of TV's . Had everything we needed. for the owner: I recommend getting a DVR so we could record and pause TV. The house also needs a better pair of scissors.

Great location in CDM

We stayed as a family with our 1yr old for 2 weeks over the 4th of July. The house is in a great location, street parking was readily available and the carport spot fit our mid size SUV just fine. This area is very walkable and perfect for families. The house was as advertised and was fully stocked with starter items and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The outdoor patio was also great. Phil, the property manager is amazing! He checked in on us via phone and was available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

CDM stay

Overall I was really plaased with the house and its location. I was not happy that the carport parking spot was occupied by the neighbor, so I was unsure if that was the spot I was supposed to use. This was rectified close to the end of my stay. The property manager was very responsive.

Visually Pristine & Peaceful

From staying at a myriad of places domestically/internationally, our time languishing at Poinsettia Palms contributed to peace, reflection and healthy ambrosial choices of cuisine. Daily we walked in the "Village" interacting with jovial neighbors on clean avenues. We dined at local five-star establishments. Parking was ample and delivery services had no issues finding this home. Viking appliances with a fully stocked Chef's Kitchen and the sparkling glow of the fireplace helped to create an edenic "leben" within. Little thoughtful touches made for a great holiday. Jacuzzi tub was a delight and immersive. Toronado occurred while on property--management was quick to respond to insure the safety of guests. Five stars!

Wonderful stay

We loved this house! Excellent location! We walked everywhere, hiking trail nearby, the most beautiful beach just a few blocks away, great restaurants and coffee! The only drawback is that the bunk beds in one bedroom not really designed for an adult, and we were there with our young adult kids. It would be good to have a bigger bed and maybe a chair in that third bedroom. The living space downstairs was great though-we loved the patio, plenty of seating in the living room, great dining table, and wonderful kitchen. Property manager responded really quickly to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect CDM property

Everything was identical to the description and the photos were an accurate representation of the home. Everything was in working order and the home was impeccably cleaned before our arrival. This part of CDM is walking distance to beautiful beaches, plenty of restaurants and shops, and a short drive to anything in Newport Beach. We had a few questions on day one regarding operations, and the property manager responded within a few minutes. They even checked in to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely try to get this house again when we return to CDM

This is our second time booking a house with grand welcome and they are amazing! Phil helped us out with anything instantly! The location of this house was amazing super close to all the shops and restaurants and perfect for a family!
