“This was a family trip to visit family nearby. We stayed 2 nights, it was so relaxing. Sitting on the porch enjoying the river was our favorite part. The home was very clean and the hosts made everything so simple for check in and check out. I would stay here again when going to the area. “Rose Cottage was perfect and a delightful place to stay with dogs. The house had everything we needed and was so organized and welcoming that we were quick to feel at home. Jessie was so kind when we met. The fire pit and axe throwing down by the creek was so refreshing and the dogs were wild about running about in the huge fenced in section of the yard. We also enjoyed the deck. We're eager to come back when visiting our family and hometown again soon. ”

“Our stay at the four bedroom log cabin was wonderful. We were in town for my son’s graduation from VT and this house was perfect for our family. “We initially chose this property because it was a halfway meeting point for three couples. The accommodations exceeded expectations. “The views from this home are stunning. We were in town for a week visiting our daughter who attends Radford University. The house is just about 30 minutes drive from the college as they are windy mountain roads but so worth the drive! The sunsets were amazing on the lake and it was relaxing and peaceful. The house is comfortably furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed with pots/ pans and dishes. It was a wonderful week!”
