First impressions are everything, I mistakenly booked the rental for an extra day. Called to correct and was met with rudeness. “Per their policy no refunds” I read the policy and no where did it state that. Then to receive another email that I need to spend more money for a guest verification. Day of received a link with check in process that wouldn’t open through the mobile app. Thank god my kid had his iPad! I fully expected to drive up to an apartment building and it was a house. Door locks were very finicky. First bedroom we went into had someone else’s hair on the bedding, cobwebs over the plugs were the vacuums were kept stale water in the dishwasher. That stunk really bad. Random wires along a door frame. Ants crawling all over the bed in the second bedroom. Lesson learned always read the reviews.
