Fabulous friendly staff, room was spotless and nicely refurbished and a great home away from home quiet place to stay. Swimming pool not far from unit but weather was not conducive to utilise this facility which they have no control over. Lovely place to stay.

Great place to have a night before Hobbiton. Everything perfect.The owner was very nice and she explained how to get there. She put the heater on before arrival to be warm at our arrival. Matamata is a quiet town, but surorisinglu, there are many places to have dinner.
