“Hellpful, super kind staff. A lot of food choices, but always the same every day. Beautiful view from the room. Gym seems to be small at peak hours and children are playing inside, although the gym is 16+ ”

“The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. “The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.”

“The villa, the rooms, the services, the staffs are much lower grade than the property applies it 5 stars, 3 stars is the most I can say about this place. The reception manager is tried their best but it’s nothing they could do. Not worth the money. Will not comeback. ”

“I came to Cam Ranh for a day from Nha Trang because it’s home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. For me, the sea and the beach were the most important. And what a shock it was to see the state of the beach near the hotel. It was absolutely covered in rubbish and plastic, bricks, cigarette butts, and more. There were bags and bottles floating in the sea. Around the sun loungers, I found leftover coconuts from cocktails, old shoes, plastic tableware—all of which I ended up cleaning...

“It's a good hotel for the price and has a nice lazy river, but there were cockroaches in the room.”

“I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction. ”
