Beth and Chris were by far the best hosts we ever had. They were very kind and concerned about our comfort. We had a wonderful and restful vacation at the Pine Tree Retreat. “We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting. The cabin is new and nicely appointed. We enjoyed visiting the Almanzo Wilder farm, hiking, and visiting Saranac Lake and the Eisenhower Lock on the St. Lawrence River. Plenty to do, but the cabin is also nice for relaxing. The firepit was great also.”

“Really enjoyed the place! If you are looking for peace and quiet then you need to book this cabin. Sit out on the screened in porch or take a nap out there as well and listen to the St. Regis River run over the rocks. Plenty of acreage that Louie and Sandy have to walk along the established trails and take in the smells of the Adirondack forest. Just down the road is the Catherineville State Forest 1600 acres to explore as well as Sylvan Falls. Potsdam is about 20-25 mins away with some good...

“The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. ”
