“This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. “Great hotel, new and well maintained. We got connecting room which was great. The staff went out of their way to help us with all the questions, helped arrange the transportation and all the tours we wanted to do. It was very nice ! Thank you for having us ”

“We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night.”

“Our stay was as expected, clean rooms and a great environment. They had scooters on rent which was very convenient to go around the area. The owners were very good and provided us withball the necessary information to see around the area.”
