“I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. “Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue. “Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam despite also being the most affordable. The hotel itself is lovely and well-situated in a quiet but convenient spot in Ninh Binh town. The staff are incredibly kind and generous: the concierge took time out of his day to drive me somewhere quiet for a scooter-riding lesson and handled getting me on a sleeper train to Da Nang.
