“I booked this place through Expedia on VRBO. I did not receive any lock code to get in. I could not get in touch with the host. And VRBO said they dont have my listing. So, I was charged and I was unable to get in. I dont understand why this happened.”

“The pros: This was a great property. 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, so much beautiful outdoor space. The upstairs master in the morning with the doors open was everything we hoped it would be. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed and was quiet. Pests were not a problem here, its clean, and pretty well kept. Abundance of parking.The cons: had some minor maintenance issues. pool deck needs some repairs, a couple of the chairs were broken, some of the doors were a bit wonky. The floors...

“Properly was not ready at check-in. Properties management gave me a visa gift card to compensate. There was a party the night before my check-in. There was a late check out before my check-in. Some items were broken. The trash bags and toilet tissue were out and were dropped off later. There was an internet outage for most of the day. The house and landscaped yard were beautiful and new. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was lovely. I would stay there again just to see if it could get better.”

“Our stay was great, the host was very responsive and resolved issues that arose promptly. We appreciated the ease of communication. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the beach! We did have a few issues with only partial outlets working which was frustrating with a house full of people. Also, it would be nice if a laundry basket was provided as the laundry is downstairs on the ground level which made carrying laundry up and down the stairs a bit tricky. Also, more hooks for towels...
