“I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off”

“Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

“My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.”
