The home accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa available if additional sleeping space is needed.
This home is part of a thoughtfully designed duplex, with each unit offering a private and peaceful space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your vacation. Your stay includes your own entrance, driveway, and screened patio, with no shared living areas, outdoor spaces, or amenities.

If you're traveling with family or friends and would like to stay nearby, ask about renting the neighboring unit as well. GUEST ACCESS:
Off-street parking is included. Upon arrival, please park in the right-side driveway at the front of the house, directly in front of #13.
Oversized parking for boats or RVs may also be available. Please contact the host before booking so we can help arrange the best parking option for you.
The detached garage behind the property is not part of the guest space. Please use the designated parking area in front of the home unless other arrangements have been made with the host.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay! Here are a few helpful things to know:
DOG-FRIENDLY:
We welcome up to two small dogs, up to 25 lbs each. Please remember to include pets when adding guests to your reservation so the appropriate pet fee can be applied. Please contact the host before booking to discuss possible exceptions.
SMOKE-FREE HOME:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
SAFETY & PRIVACY:
For added peace of mind, the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking private guest outdoor areas.
