“First. The owner was great. I had a situation arise and she allowed me to book short notice. Then she communicated with me any time i would reach out. It is the second floor of the duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had 6 kids staying with me for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room. The 2 showers wwre a life saver. “The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. “Our host had great communication and made our accommodations possible. Everyone loved the activities around the house and the pool. There are some things around the house that need a little TLC but that just tells me that people like to stay at this home. ”

“Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment. The temps were great, so nice to not have to worry about contacting someone when we needed it...
