“Awesome cabin, great restaurant, comfy beds and couches,fireplace helped keep the place warm, balconies had excellent view of the lake, basement was a little cold but other than that great, full kitchen with a sprayer in the sink with excellent water pressure. “I booked through hotels.com and received confirmation emails however when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. This was a stressful way to start my weekend with my family. Luckily, they were able to still get me a room but said I should contact hotels.com to let them know is there was a problem with my online booking. ”

“We had a bad experience traveling to Kansas City and were a little frazzled. Our circumstances required an earlier check in time, so I called ahead to see if it was possible. Initially, they were unsure, but checked the rooms/housekeeping and called me back within the hour to let me know we could check in early. That small gesture meant so much to our family.
