“For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds.”

It's a block off a main road so it was convenient parking and accessible, even with our mini party bus. Rachel was super friendly and quick to respond with any questions I had so we would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was beautiful! Modern charm yet had the old characteristics. I loved the dark floors and the kitchen. The powerful floor fans provided in each room were amazing! I brought box fans but they didn't compare to those supplied. The beds were really comfortable. It was in a very quiet low traffic neighborhood. The hostess Ashley was friendly and responsive when I accidentally locked us out one day. I will definitely refer to friends and family and stay in this exact unit or any others...
