“Property description was very generous, i.e. "Newly remodeled" escaped us as to what and where it may have occurred within the space. It appears to have been a retail space previously, which probably explains several things, including both bedrooms not having closing doors, closets/rack to hang clothing, or more than 1 adequate pillow per person. “We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for.”
