The Space:
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Check in was easy, the apartment was roomy and very clean. It had some basic amenities, like cooking sheets, pots, pans, olive oil, and some spices. Beds were very comfy. I used the laundry facility a couple times. The washers and dryers were newer and well maintained. Heck out was a breeze. The only thing we had any issue with was the parking was very tight. There is room for all the cars, but you have to do a little Austin Powers shimmy to get in straight when the lot is full.

House hunting trip
Our accommodations were excellent! Were in town to find daughter a place to live and this vrbo was convenient to all the areas we were looking at. It was beautiful and the few little concerns we had were addressed quickly by Sojourn. There is a drainage problem in the area which is being addressed by the city. If it doesn’t rain hard you won’t have any problems. We would definitely rent again if in the area!!!

I enjoyed my stay but was a little miffed to learn when I got there that the apt was on the second floor. It did not appear as such. More attention needed to those not able to go up and down stairs.
Bathroom shower curtain was a little dirty but other than that the accommodations were great.

Nightmare
I’ve used sojourn LLC before for work in this area, so I reached out via email asking if they had any good locations for family’s near the beach that allowed dogs. I was sent this property as a great option. At the time the listing didn’t make me aware of the excavation going on to get to the property. The road is currently being torn up to install Culvert pipes. Upon arriving we couldn’t get to the property and had sit in the park nearby for 30 minutes. At that time I reached out to the property management and told them I wanted to see if they had other options to stay at. Seeing that I’d have to walk my dogs and children through an active construction site to get to the beach. After some back and forth I was told the listing showed the area being under construction, even after I explained the above, there was no way for me to prove it so I was stuck with the property. We decided to make the best of it. After being let through we discovered there wasn’t any parking on the premises and called back, I could tell I was a thorn in the side now and was told they would look into it. I asked for and received check out instructions and we ending up leaving a day and a half early. After arriving home, that night at 10:17 PM I got a text from the property manager asking about a Buick with South Carolina tags, asking me to confirm if it was my car. Them knowing I left our vacation early I was pretty aggravated that I was still involved with this mess of a vacation.
