“The street this condo is on is being renovated, so we were a little nervous when we got through the really nice neighborhood and then passed houses in various states of disrepair to get into this unit. In the end, that is not a reflection of what this suite is like, but worth noting the expectation. “We had a great time at this place. I was so impressed with everything!! The comfy bed, space big enough for my husband and our dog. Entry was super easy. Stocked with kitchen supplies. Great water pressure in the shower. Everything was great for the small space. Would recommend and I definitely would stay here again. Only small thing which is not a big deal is the parking lot is tight. It always had a space for our car but the parking lot itself is tight. Not a big deal”

There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. “Cleanliness was just ok.. found laundry from previous occupant in closet and baseboards were super dusty. Kitchen has very bare minimum. But as pictured, bed very comfortable. Complex was noisy and stairwell smelled of weed. Neighbors had party into pm, and it was like they were in my room due to thin walls. Did reach out to management and noise gone within 10 minutes.
