“Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again.”

“Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes. “Nice and quite place near the river and by the famous Jo Jo's restaurant. Nice, kind and so helpful staff. Clean and kitchen is so useful to make breakfast, dinner, etc. So convenient for organizing the visit to the cavern, to hicking for Orzak paths, to swimm in the river, etc”
