“I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Midtown. The apartment is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern decor and comfort. “Stephanie’s apartment was nicely designed but it was very dirty upon arrival. We had to clean the entire place just to feel comfortable and use our own sheets. The check in process wasn't great either because there were no instructions on how to actually get to the apartment unit. We only received an entry code to enter the apartment building and the door code to enter the apartment unit. However, the location was great and convenient.”

“Everything was great except for not being able to park inside versus outside. There wasn’t an up to date parking pass. I was asked if I wanted to come get it at another location and I refused. It was too far and it was my bday weekend. In my opinion that should have already been there. Everything else was really good.”

“This space was a delight! Beautifully decorated to give a luxury feel and matches the description/images in the pictures. Much more spacious in person than appears in photos. Again beautiful space and was comfortable to relax in. Environment was fairly quiet, nothing worthy of a noise complaint. Convenient location in Atlanta to get wherever you need/want to go. Had to call for help with entry but after that entry was no problem. Paid parking is strongly enforced, we got booted and had to pay....

“Location was excellent, cleanliness excellent, communication.until arrival was adequate, upon arrival it was excellent, check in process was slightly confusing, pictures of location of keycafe helped to clarify. Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators. Suggest procuring a second fob to reduce...

“This property is well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect and parking is in secure garage. Bottom floor unit with porch that has access to the street. Owner was accommodating and responded quickly. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta! ”

“The property is in a very convenient location and overall a good value. Had some minor issues finding the home at first but the owner was responsive to help assist in locating it. Also had some minor problems downloading the door lock app but those were also resolved and the rest of the stay was very smooth.In full transparency the neighborhood isn't the nicest in Atlanta BUT the home worked very well for my family of 5 and we would certainly come back.”
