“False advertisement! Not what I expected at all!”

“My daughter's were stuck in the elevators as soon as we arrived. The code did not work for the unit door, no one answered the provided phone number. I finally got someone on the phone and explained that I paid for early check-in but could not because the code would not work, but they refuse to refund my money, and the elevator was broken during my entire stay, and the host was rude and not very accommodating. ”
