The attention when checking in with the concierge Ayla, was very friendly, very attentive and very professional. The process with Ayla was quick and we loved the room she assigned us. “We stayed for a week. We were able to walk to breakfast daily which was nice and ice cream in the evenings. Location was great. We knew we would need the pull out couch as part of sleeping arrangements. When we arrived the bedding for that was missing but owners were quick to respond and get them for us. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us the check in early which was also nice.”
