The host had great communication regarding policies, procedures, check-in/out, etc. We were pretty disappointed, though, that the fireplace didn’t work despite it being listed in the property description. “Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! ”
