“Communications were top-notch, and entry and closing out could not have been easier. The house itself is adequate but somewhat dated. It’s challenging to find the entry. The coffee maker was broken, but management had one delivered by end of day and offered to reimburse us if we wanted to go out for coffee. “Great stay for a week by the beach with family! Perfect location to walk right down to the beach each day. Excited to come back one day!”

“This property is an excellent location for beach access and scenery. We even had deer greet us. The inside is outdated which makes it feel like it’s not clean. We were left with no toilet paper and garbage bags. TV has Roku and you need to create an account if you don’t have one. We’ve never had a rental without tv service. The property manager was quick at responding to our questions. Location is the #1 draw here.”
