“Lovely way to spend a day”

“We wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were wonderful and the family room had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children. The Bistro food was great and they had a good vegetarian dinner selection and offered vegetarian sausages with breakfast. Definitely would stay again. ”

Reviews often say this about hotels and we were just expecting the usual professional staff. However it must be said the staff were superb, stood out and had a major positive impact on our stay making it so enjoyable. The evening dinner very good. The breakfasts excellent. “Such a quaint old Welsh building in a lovely rural setting just outside of the market town of Ruthin (it is in the middle of a static caravan park but a very pleasant one). A great location for exploring the many places to see around the area . Rooms are of a good size and well equipped. Restaurant menu was limited but is being updated and the prices were reasonable, as was the bar. Breakfast was enough to keep you going for the day. Never got to use the pool but looked inviting.
