“This was a super cheap property. It was the only non-large group property in the area at the time. It took a day and a half to get a smoke detector, bathroom baseboard heater is rusted and partially disassembled. This place has real potential, though.”

“Convenient parking and location. Everything we needed was within walking distance including parks for our toddler to play. The pack n play and baby gate were very much appreciated when traveling with a little. We did run out of toilet paper, however we were just a short walk from CVS so not a big deal. The host was able to drop some by our door later that evening. The outdoor space could use some attention, but being November, it probably doesn’t get much use. Overall the location was perfect...

“Walking distance to the baseball stadium and bars! Cozy, small bedroom. Beautiful, historic building. Only complaint is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next store and upstairs. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend !”

“Can't say enough about the Victorian Inn. Truly our shelter in the storm. When we couldn't get to our home on KI due to ferry closure, the inn was helpful accommodating and comfortable. A great find and new place to share with family and friends”

“My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. ”
