“This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. I’ve never been disappointed with my stay at Kasa Love Field-Medical District and highly recommend them.”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we...

“Toilet was leaking, management fixed immediately. No issues other than a muggy room not a lot of air circulation so clothes began to smell mildewy. Kitchenette and refrigerator were in perfect condition. Really no complaints after check in. Room was clean, safe convenient location.”
