“We were there for a convention. The apartment is very close and a nice walk to Columbus Convention Center. There are numerous restaurants nearby. This property would have gotten 5 stars but it is next to a night club that will keep you up especially if your a light sleeper.”

My husband and I spent the weekend here the first weekend after listing our house, so we'd be out of the way for showings and an open house. This was exactly what we needed to keep living our life with minimal interruption.”

“The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating.”

“Spent the weekend with some old friends and celebrated a birthday. Went bowling during the day and enjoyed Schmidt’s restaurant which was in walking distance. Nice backyard enjoyed playing cornhole.”

“When I was told the property was ready early I didn’t realize I would have to be finding the sheets and making the beds. The basement was creepy and the backyard smelled. Won’t stay again.”

“We had an absolutely lovely stay in this cozy apartment that is perfectly located in Dublin! The location is within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and spots around Dublin. Parking is easy in a covered structure attached to the building. We were also happy with chilling in the apartment as a “home away from home.” Great place to chill for the evening, getting a little work done, and make a small meal. Big closet and laundry was greatly appreciated. Very responsive and helpful...

“I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds.”

“I felt like this place was way overpriced for what we were looking for. The house was clean but the outside looked like a jungle. I was charged extra $$ for have my kids along. It’s a house that slept 16, but when let the owner know it would be my husband and I plus my 3 kids he sent a new bill. Had I known that, I would have found something more cost effective. There were 5 of us total and barely enough seating room to really even relax in the evening. I was not overly impressed.”
