“Our group age ranges was between 70 - 13. The place is small, but was comfortable for the 4 of us. Having parking behind was super convenient so that we didn't have to park on the street. Check in was easy, the host was responsive to the questions that I had and provided lots of great food options for the area. If traveling with someone with mobility issues, the 1 bathroom is upstairs, so please keep that in mind. We didn't have any issues with it, but I did want to note that for anyon...

“Everything was fantastic. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. ”

The unit was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed with modern appliances and lovely eclectic pieces.The thoughtful personal touches made it so welcoming. It had everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. The building was secure, the neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and parking was hassle-free.
