“The staff was rude , we were asked for our room card two times just because there was someone trespassing into the hotel, and the staff didn’t ask no one else . We were in the indoor pool, and they locked us after asking for room card two times. They made me feel uncomfortable and racially profile. “Parking was easy, right outside the room. The room was tiny but wonderful and really nice for what it was. AC kept the room comfortable and is extremely quiet. Great communication from the staff about the only issue with the tv but beyond their control. Definitely will book again when we go back to Panacea. ”
