“Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process. Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away. A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. ”

“Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car.”

“A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! ”
