“Arrived on our scheduled day. Temperature was 100°. The host mentioned when we unpacked that the air conditioning didn’t work upstairs but she would put in fans. Which she did. Really did not help. The water coming out of the faucets had a horrific smell to it. When we asked about that, she said that that was common for the area they lived in. That is not what we discovered online. The hosts were very friendly and nice people, but the property has really gone downhill. It is such a shame. It...

“Beautifully restored Victorian home with marvelous breakfast”

“Got the information needed in plenty of time prior to arrival. Bedroom & bath were clean. Be sure to take own body soap/gel, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen well supplied with coffee, tea & snacks. Convenient location to downtown Paris. Thankfully a place that doesn’t allow pets!”

“Absolutely fabulous. Everything was fantastic. The whole house is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our suite was amazing, best bathroom i have ever seen and everything worked! Bath was deep with colours and bubbles, never experienced anything like it before, fabulous. Massive shower, easy to operate and hot water immediately, no waiting for it to warm up. Bed was so comfortable i actually managed to sleep, not easy for me in a strange bed. Lounge is beautifully designed, breakfast...

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

“Quaint town. Lovely B&B. Very friendly staff.”

“If I am ever doing something between Louisville and Lexington, I will be visiting Regina. This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience.”

“Loved the house and it was beautiful. Enjoyed our room. So much history”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Bourbon Manor B&B. Todd, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful with our trip, and he was willing to accommodate special requests, including helping arrange a birthday cake for my husband. The rooms were charming and had a historic feel, and even though the buildings are old, they were well maintained and comfortable. The property itself was really pretty, and breakfast was delicious. It also had a homey, welcoming atmosphere and was a nice place to meet...

“The property was super clean. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had. We will definitely be staying there again in the next few months when we go back down for the bourbon trail!”
