We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. “Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. “Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us.”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”
