“The room was perfectly clean, it was fine! The shower in the bathroom had cracked floor tiles which isn’t a good look. The hairdryer wouldn’t work and needed a new adapter which was supplied on request. We had difficulties with the tv which seemed to have to have the remote pointed at it from directly in front. “We stayed in room 3, spa bath suite. Stay was excellent as always, however one minor issue is that the tap in the bathtub isn't working properly. We were still able to use the bath as normal, but we had to fill the bathtub with the shower head as the tap on the wall is broken and will need fixing. Only minor issue and we still enjoyed the bathtub as normal. Please ensure the bath tub tap is fixed.”
