On arrival the man at the desk seemed to be in a hurry or distracted, just gave us the paper to sign and gave us our room key told us where our room was. Could do with a mirror on the wall underneath tge aircon unit in room 101 and maybe an information folder with hotel info restaurant, gym etc amd things to do in the area. Maybe a small coffee table would be good as...

“The aircon condesation drips into the bathtub, which pools water. The bathtub does not drain quickly, and was pooling water a couple of inches deep after a 10minute shower. Eventually cleared after an hour. The doors rattle in a light breeze, and there is little sound proofing. Staff are friendly though. ”
