A wonderful stay in a new neighborhood
I loved my stay in a perfect location of Charleston outside downtown and close to the beaches ., the neighborhood is turning to be hip and cool and the property was amazing

Great host!
Stay Duvet was super responsive to anything that came up which were super minor things with the internet. They checked in on us day of check in, day of check out to see if we needed anything. Space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no TVs in the bedrooms as I’m someone that prefers to sleep with the TV on but the listing didn’t say there were TVs in bedrooms so that’s on me. Would definitely stay there again.

Our son and Daughter in law were with in walking distance. And we could walk to restaurants. That was wonderful, just disappointed that it wasn't clear this was a second floor unit. My husband has visual impairment and this caused him some problems. The steps are on color and he had trouble distinguishing each step. Loved the area would have preferred lower unit.

Extended Stay 30+days
Property was very nicely decorated & comfortable. I would suggest offering weekly cleaning service for those staying longer than a week or so - floor cleaning, change linens, new towels & restock paper products. Adding a washer & dryer to these units would be a major plus as well. I was a bit put off after realizing that I would have to bring the linens & towels to the laundry mat because no one changing them or cleaning the unit during my long stay unlike at a hotel. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

Good location
Good location and clean . Can use a few more furniture like place to put luggage or dresser . No washing machine but provided a nearby access . The contact person was great and responsive. The place looks like it was newly renovated and noticed Few missed painting spots. Need more bathroom hooks and shelves . Overall would recommend for a small family no more that 4.

Close to Firefly Distillery for concert. 7 minute walk. Area seemed very safe and quiet.
