Agradable estancia
Muy cómoda habitación, con todos los servicios. Limpio y agradable. Muy bien ubicado en la zona Norte de Charleston y con muchas opciones para comer muy cerca.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms, and the full kitchen was wonderful and stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again. Parking was full when we arrived (very late in the evening), but the staff ensured we had a safe place to park.

Check in out time was great. Loved having until 12 pm to check The MGR and front desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. Only issue that i had with the hotel was that it needs reonditioned. Tables and chairs in rooms need replaced. Walls need re painted. Chios and di gs o cabinets and counters need addressed. The fitness center was ok but the treadmills and the cross country ski equipment did not work. The TV's in the billiard room and fitness center would not connect to the hotels internet. The breakfast was awesome! There is a problem with the card readers at guest room doors. Had to go to front desk several times because couldn't get in my room. Walls and kitchen area need wiped down better. Found dried on food on microwave stove and cabinets.

This is a very nice property- very welcoming front desk. Great place for the price and area. Super clean and comfy beds. Spacious! Great breakfast. Definitely would stay here again! So nice to find a great clean hotel at a nice price!

One bed had dirty, stained sheets. Lock on door didn’t work, stained towel, overall not up to Marriott standards. Fire alarm went off one night while I was in lobby, alarm was silenced before cause known. Safety issue if it had been real.

Property seemed to be very nice and inviting from outside. Front desk was rude to my husband . Was ok with me. We were here from Ga. Tagged along with husband for work. Got into the room it was decent. Was looking for a place that has a stove top and frig. No other hotel in this area had what I needed. OMG!!! The longer we stayed the more roaches came out. I was surprised. So I called the front desk (wanted to call an exterminator )and the receptionist asked me why am I calling on Wednesday and not when we checked in on Monday. And then said, how can I help you because we don’t have another room to put you-in. I told her the longer I’m here the more roaches we have to kill. She said let me call my manager. I told her I am calling corporate. She acted as if she didn’t care and said ok. Will not stay here again. Hate to leave this kind of review. But the receptionist did not try to help.

I didn't like the gact that we had to change our room upon checkin..because I was goven two different set of keys and neither opened door. 2nd room , glasses in cabinet was dirty, soap dispenser was sittings on shelf in shower and glue spot where it should have been on wall, last when we sat down in room to eat breakfast next morning...a roach comes out from somewhere...carpet was dirty..walked around in white socks that ended up dirty from carpet. I don't think I'll stay here again.
