Everything exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is stocked with K-cups, tea, and creamers. It also has olive oil, cooking oil, seasonings and lots of cooking pots/pans/dishes. Check-in was super simple, as was checkout. As noted by others, check-out is early (9am) which makes it difficult with children. The beds were very comfy, the heat good (it went to zero when we were there). Lots of hot water. The ski lift is a short walk down the hallway and out the backdoor. Perfect for our needs.I suggest bringing your own pool towels, extra bath towels, and washcloths. Please note that for winter guests, the pool is a short walk from the condo over by the tubing center.

Great family get together

Beds very comfortable. Loved the ground floor for our grandchildren who are 4 and 6 years old. Close walk to the pool. It was nice to have our space at night. The air conditioning was nice. Convenient to downtown. Quiet and peaceful.

Our family had such a nice time staying here!! The check in process was seamless and the communication was very prompt and helpful. The condo and location had everything we needed to enjoy our first ski trip as a family - convenience and plenty of activities to keep us busy!!

Excellent accommodation

This condo is great. I don’t seem to get a response lately when I’m reaching out to the owner. It’s a beautiful place and very clean. I just wanted to point out a few things that need attention. One of the stove top knobs needs replacing, the corner table lamp in the living room doesn’t work, the right side blinds in the secondary bedroom don’t open, the twin bedroom door doesn’t latch and the little lamp in that room doesn’t work. The master bath has a light bulb out. These are minor things. They really didn’t affect our time there very much. The location is great.

Enjoyed being right at Cranmore with access to the pool and hot tub. Great spot if you want to be slope-side and not get in your car.

Very clean but not the greatest location

The unit was clean which was great, but despite what their listing says, it's not slope side. It's an end unit that primarily faces the parking lot. You can see some of the tubing area from the bedroom window that has 2 twin beds. Other than that, there's no view of the mountain. There is a HVAC unit outside the building that 2 of the bedrooms back up to, so you hear that running all night while trying to sleep. Also, the freezers ice maker was not working, and the tv does not pick up any standard channels so we were unable to watch any of the nfl playoff games which we were looking forward to watching by the fireplace. Lastly, check out is at 9am. It's very early to get a family fed, packed up, and out of the building. We ended up driving home the night before because we knew it would be difficult to be out by 9am. All in all, it's a nice clean unit in a great location, but next time we go up there, we'll stay in a different unit.

Excellent site for the family

This condo was perfect for my husband, my daughter and her husband and our 2 small grandkids(1 and 3). We even used the heated pool on October 1st! The only thing we would have liked was a few more towels, because we did go swimming, and washcloths! There were none. Also, a couple of tissue boxes would have been handy for our grandkids runny noses.😊 I was happy there was a full size washer/dryer. Even though we only stayed 2 nights, they came in handy. We definitely would recommend this place!

Perfect for families

Could not ask for anything more out of a family ski vacation. Ski in/ski out from the condo, walking to tubing and swimming. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Weekend get away!

Was a great weekend away this unit was very nice and clean the ability to use are own door to walk outside was awesome the management team was very easy to work with and responded to emails right away I will definitely try and book with them again and recommend to family and friends.

Great location! Perfect for our family weekend away

No complaints - space is really perfect. Loved that it was adjacent to all the rides - made it super easy not to have to carry anything because we could run back to the condo for anything we needed. Meticulously clean and has everything you need to enjoy a great weekend away in North Conway. Beds very comfortable! We had looked at a bunch of properties and got nervous because so many complained about the beds. We slept great and were all very comfortable.
