The home was beautiful, with a great view of the mountains. The location is ideal. Less than 10 minutes the heart of North Conway, which has tons of shopping and food choices. The host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I reached out. We will definitely be back.

We were in North Conway to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday and my husbands 53rd. Half my family was staying at Eastern Slope as they have time share there. My sister, sister in law, husband and our 2 pups stayed here. We were very well accommodated! The house is great for those with mobility issues (and those without). It is a flat walk to the entrance and only a few steps in with everything needed on the main level. The basement level was great to give 2 couples privacy and space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the view of the mountain was spectacular! Location was ideal. Jeremy checked in to make sure all was going well. We wished we could have stayed longer and would rent again when in the area!

The host was very communicative- much appreciated! There was a leak from one of the bathrooms that was quickly fixed, the plumber was friendly and quick. We also left an item behind, to which the host was able to have it returned within a week. Thank you for your quick communication to help resolve both matters! Wonderful view of the mountains, and friendly neighbors too!

My family and I visited New Hampshire for the first time and needed a place that was big enough for all of us. We found this place and it was perfect! We were able to be away from the crowds. We had a perfect getaway. We had a place to prepare meals. We each had our own spaces. Jeremy was super responsive and helpful. He was great! We will be back!

Accommodations was good, clean, kinda secluded, had problem with stove. Informed owner who made no attempt to fix or offer anything. Neighbors chickens were alittle annoying with trying to get in house and kids to play outside. But overall ok stay.

Communication with property manager was excellent! Probably the best we’ve ever dealt with. The house was very cute, clean and plenty of room to spread out. We had eight people from the age of 12 to 43 plus a large dog and did not once feel cramped. Neighborhood was not exactly as expected, but quiet and close to everything. Yard could use some sprucing up and getting to the hot-tub was not the easiest especially at night. All in all we had a great trip and would book the house again!

Clean and spacious

We had 6 adult and 4 children and there was enough space for everyone. Never felt crowded. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Jeremy checked in and made sure we were all set which was thoughtful

Clean property but headache of a stay

While the home was clean, the experience at this property was extremely poor. Upon our arrival, the access code to the property we were given was incorrect. We eventually were able to get in contact with the host where all they said was “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.” After waiting 45 minutes outside the property, they finally gave us a code that worked. While getting settled, we heard chirping from the fire alarm in the basement. We contact the host to let them know and they suggested to change the batteries. We did that and it caused the fire alarm system to go off throughout the house every half hour. Again, we contact the host and all they said was “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.” While waiting for a solution from the host, we found the wifi was not working and also discovered one of the showers had no water to it. Yet again, we had to contact the host and we were given the same response “we’ll contact our team and get back to you.”It was hours before we were forced to follow up with them again. They still had no solution for us. It wasn’t until the second day of our two night stay they finally said a tech would be out to ‘fix the issues’ that evening. They expected us to change our plans on our trip to be around to let the maintenance techs in. If you ask me, your guests should not be responsible for fixing your property issues.The home was clean and the location close to town was great, but what a headache of a stay it was.
