Honestly, we really got screwed from a unit holder on a different home-share site last minute and scrambled to find something that we would need within hours of family meeting in North Conway from all over New England & this was in the middle of the summer. Luckily, we were able to find this place and it met our needs and the unit holders were able to get it all set for the 3pm check in. The condo is roomy, close to everything but off the main drag so you don’t spend all your time sitting in a car to get to all the hot spots. I will use this condo again for 8’of us and recommend it to anyone who needs a roomy place for a big family.

Property was well maintained and the kitchen was well appointed. Good location--not too far from the center of North Conway, but far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet. The pool was great and we appreciated that the hosts provided tennis rackets and balls so we could use the courts. We did use the electric grill which worked fine.Air conditioning was provided by individual units in the bedrooms and the living/dining area. No AC in the loft which unfortunately made it too hot to sleep in, but thankfully we didn't need to use it.The beds were in good condition, but were much firmer than what we're used to. It's definitely a personal preference issue so no stars deducted for that.Overall, a nice place to stay in a good location--a great home base for visiting the area.

Great for a family getaway

This property is very well kept, very clean, very comfortable and offers ample amenities. There was plenty of space for our family and communication with the owner was helpful and pleasant. The community pool on the property was lovely during the summer and it was a short and easy ride to everything North Conway has to offer! We were glad to have this rental be our home base for our vacation.
