“The host was always communicating. Property is a great place. And close to everyone. Will return to this place later on.”

“The property was advertised, however, there was a huge homeless population in the area and in front of the building. Due to the outside population, at times the ladies with us felt a bit unsafe. We recognize that is not a controllable. What was more unnerving was the remote didn't have batteries se we couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Roaches on the counters and in the rooms was gross. Just didn't expect that.”

“El lugar está muy bonito y bien acondicionado. El personal tiene un trato excelente”

“Love the house and the host is super cool.. highly recommend”

“Nice property and very close to all the hot spots”

“Wonderful home. Clean and very comfortable with all the amenities. The host clearly pays attention to the details and focused on providing the customer with very best experience possible . Also,a great location to downtown Dallas. While the neighborhood is a little bit challenging and in transition, the home was outstanding and somewhat of an oasis. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back again.”

“The unit was dirty and in need of a complete remodel. Floors with paint stains. Walls stained and cracked. The whole unit smelled of creosote, as did the building. Worst VRBO we’ve ever stayed in”

“Very comfortable property with all the amenities of home. Nice welcome greeting when you open the front door. The hosts respond with any questions and are very nice.”

“Very smooth process from reservation through checkout !”

“Great space, very clean, nice view. ”

“Totally misleading description. The bedrooms were like larger cells. No windows in bedrooms. Wore out mismatched towels in bathrooms. Damaged , unsightly damaged cocktail table in living room. cramped L/R, D/R combo. No supplies(paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent). Only 1- 40in TV in L/R. No floor coverings (concrete slab flooring )”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to several significant issues with the apartment. The unit had an overwhelming bleach odor that was so strong it caused a persistent headache that I could not shake throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the property. The most concerning issues were related to the condition and safety of the bedroom furniture. The headboard was not properly secured and fell onto my son when he laid down on the bed. While he was not seriously...

“The place was beautiful and awesome! Loved the communication and the set up and the little amenities they had in place. Place is like 5 minutes from everything. Will definitely book again if ever I need to stay in Rockwall! Oh, the pool and hot tub was just right!!”

“We had a wonderful time at this rental property. There were plenty of places inside and out to gather together. It was great to have a pool (one of the main reasons we chose this house), but the waterfall feature didn’t work and the robot pool cleaner was in the pool the entire time, making it difficult for us to swim. Also, one of the upstairs twin bed frames was broken. We were able to work around these inconveniences, but did not contact the owner, which didn’t occur to us while there. If...

“Good house”

“This venue is so much better than we could’ve imagined. The hosts have seriously gone above and beyond with this listing. My wife had lots of family flying in from overseas for our little wedding, so you could imagine that we were very stressed. They had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed or forgot that we needed in the beautiful kitchen. The gazebo already had lights all the way around which helped us a lot. The tables and chairs in the event building were far more than...
