“Great property, relatively new. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Spacious and modern. Smart TV in main bedroom and living. Ducted air throughout. Great location!!! Close to beach, shopping and a Woolies. My son enjoyed the games arcade near by. Parking is tight, we had a small SUV. Reception team is friendly. ”

“The only good thing about the property is location. The apartment condition is terrible. The milk packet in our room was expired three months back, like how can you not see that. The couch in the room is old, had some holes in it. We move the bed in bedroom and found so many things under the bed. Our overall experience was horrible. Please dont book it if you want a good stay!”

“Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. “DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Room infested of cockroaches. I entered to my room and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, at least 5 cockroaches in the vanitory. I looked into de wall, more cockroaches. I went to the kitchen to take a glass of water, MORE COCKROACHES, in the floor, cupboard, allowance, table. Ok, I sprayed Raid, then 30 or 40 MORE COCKROACHES appeared everywhere. Finally I went to the bedroom and it was the perfect end to this nightmare. MORE COCKROACHES in the pillow of the bed....

“On arrival was informed I had an upgraded larger room with a pool and sea view. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities including an electric cooker, kettle and microwave. The free underground car park was great with plenty of room. Reception and maintenance staff I had contact with were extremely helpful. Having a TV with all the Foxtel channels was a great bonus. The location was great with easy access to arterial routes. The local shopping centre had a great supermarket and...

“The internet didn’t work, and the handle for bathroom door was damaged, and could not lock at any time. No Bath towels supplied for swimming. Just not appropriate. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to stay here. ”
