“This property was listed as 3 Bedrooms / 1 Bath BUT, after reserving, I was told it was a Single Room with a SHARED Bath!! The listing explicitly says, per the VRBO guidelines, that you have the whole house and only share with your family. I cancelled immediately BUT have not heard from either the Property Owner or VRBO about a REFUND. NOT ACCEPTAB:E”

“We booked this expecting a luxury stay but it clearly was not. Access was unsafe, with thick ice blocking the entrance. The garage contained a MOUNTAIN of garbage, with a strong odor throughout the home. There was a toilet with feces in it. There were only paper towels in the bathrooms and we found wet towels in cupboards. There was rusted cookware, a dirty fridge and stained furniture. “Host was very responsive and helpful. Bed is very comfortable, space is today and organized with decor having a lot of thoughtful touches. No issues with hot water. I chose not to drink the well water but it is safe to do so.Road up to cabin is gravel/dirt.”
