“The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole house was clean. There were no stairs which was a plus. Plenty of parking. Location was great, close to Manukau City and Botany Downs. Definitely recommend ”

“The room was very musty and art decor on the walls had a layer of dust on them. Bed mattress was old and lumpy. We booked two nights but only stayed one. Would not recommend this and hopefully they'll refurbish the facility. ”

“Amenities were great, fresh clean towels, bed very comfortable, 10 minute walk to downtown and grocery stores all along the way to downtown area. Office next door if you have any queries. Excellent communication and Peter was very helpful with lots of tips. Definitely would recommend this facility.”
